In the 2025 Australian federal election, more than 18 million voters were registered, and over 7,000 polling places were set up across the country. To avoid problems such as unclear entrances and disorderly queues, polling places need clear on-site guidance. Therefore, election signs are not only display tools, but also important wayfinding facilities that help voters quickly find entrances, queueing areas and accessible routes. To address these needs, we supplied Australia with 60 × 100 cm election signs.

Our election signs feature a simple black metal frame and a white display panel, creating a clear overall appearance. The panel can be printed with information such as “VOTE HERE,” opening hours and directional arrows. The display area is approximately 60 cm wide and 100 cm high, providing enough space for visible arrows and voting information without taking up too much room. The approximately one-metre display height improves long-distance visibility and helps voters find the polling place entrance more quickly. The outer frame is made of metal sections approximately 3 cm wide, providing a strong overall structure. The front leg spacing is about 40 cm, offering basic support while maintaining a relatively small footprint. The rear is equipped with an extendable support, with the rear support connection positioned at a height of about 97 cm. Side limiting connections control the opening angle and improve stability during use. Protective end caps are fitted to the bottom of the legs to reduce slipping and scratching when the metal frame comes into direct contact with tiled or wooden floors. After voting ends, the rear support can be folded for easier collection and storage. This foldable structure also helps reduce setup time and transportation space.

During the design and production process, we fully considered application environments such as school corridors, community halls and tiled floors. Therefore, we added anti-slip protective end caps to the bottom of the legs to reduce movement and floor damage. We also added a limiting structure to the rear support to make opening safer and more stable. Although these details were not originally requested by the customer, we always focus on practical usage needs and aim to provide different election authorities with more convenient and reliable polling station supply solutions.
